Do you need a native app, or a web app?
This is the question that decides most of your budget, so it is worth getting right. A native mobile app needs to be built, reviewed, and released through the App Store and Google Play, which adds cost and turns every update into a submission. A web app is a URL — it works on every device immediately and updates the moment you deploy.
You genuinely need native when you depend on deep device features: background location tracking, Bluetooth hardware, heavy offline use in the field, or being discoverable in the app stores as a distribution channel. If your app is fundamentally forms, dashboards, bookings, or content, a web app or PWA does the same job for a lot less.
We would rather talk you into the cheaper option that fits than sell you a native build you did not need.
