Turn your Lovable prototype into a real product
Lovable, Bolt and Replit are a fast way to get an idea onto screens. Turning that prototype into something real customers can sign up to and pay for needs accounts, a proper database, security, emails and a way to run it. We keep the screens you have designed, build what the prototype is missing, and hand you code you own.

What’s included, then what it costs. For context, a custom small-business site from an Australian agency is commonly quoted at $5,000–$15,000, and a DIY builder costs $1,260–$3,300 over five years without you ever owning the site. Every figure below is a starting point, and your written quote is fixed before you commit.

What a prototype usually needs before real customers use it
Most AI-built prototypes look finished long before they are. These are the gaps we check for first:
- Saving that only lives in the browser. Answers and plans are often kept on the visitor's own device, so nothing reaches you and nothing survives a new phone.
- Sign-up buttons that do not create accounts. A "save your plan" screen is not the same as secure sign-in, password-free email links and a partner or team invite.
- Database rules. If the prototype uses Supabase, the row-level security rules decide who can read whose data. They are easy to get wrong and hard to notice until something leaks.
- An admin side. Someone has to approve listings, see sign-ups and fix records without asking a developer.
- Emails, payments and integrations. Sign-in links, notifications, Stripe, calendars and CRMs need real accounts, error handling and testing.
- Pages Google can find. Prototype screens are rarely built to rank. Search pages, metadata, sitemaps and page speed are added at build time.
What we keep and what we rebuild
We read your existing code before recommending anything. A full rewrite is never the default, and if your prototype is better kept in Lovable for now, we will tell you.
How it works
- Send us your Lovable link (or invite us to the project) and a few lines on who it is for.
- Within 2 business days you get a written list of what to keep, what to rebuild, a timeline and a fixed price.
- Weekly working builds. You get a link to try on your phone every week, not a big reveal at the end.
- Launch on your accounts. The repository, hosting, database and domain are in your name from day one.
What it costs
Web applications such as portals, dashboards, directories and booking platforms start at $4,500, and larger custom software from $5,000. Your exact price is fixed in writing after we review the prototype, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Running costs are paid by you directly to the providers. For a typical early-stage app, hosting, database and email come to roughly US$45 to US$70 a month at launch. See what hosting costs for the detail.
When you should keep building in Lovable
If the app is an internal tool for a handful of people, holds no personal or payment data, and you are still changing your mind about the idea every week, staying in Lovable is often the cheaper choice. Move to a production build once you are ready for real users, real data or payments.
Common questions
Can you work with my existing Lovable code?
Yes. Lovable projects are React and TypeScript with Tailwind, and the code can be exported to GitHub or downloaded. We review it first, keep what is sound, and rebuild only the parts that need it.
Will my design change?
Not unless you want it to. Your screens, colours, fonts and wording carry across. The work is mostly underneath: accounts, data, security, emails and admin.
Do you also take over Bolt, Replit, v0 or Cursor projects?
Yes. The approach is the same for any AI-built prototype: review the code, list the gaps, then quote a fixed price for the production build.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The repository, hosting, database and domain sit in accounts you control, and the code is yours. Nothing is locked to us.
How long does it take?
A focused first version usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how much of the prototype can be kept and how quickly content and feedback arrive. The written review gives you a week-by-week plan before you commit.
Do you work with Supabase?
Yes. Many Lovable projects already use Supabase for the database and sign-in. We check and fix its access rules, set up backups, and keep it in your account.
