Harbour Plumbing Co.: A tradie website built to win jobs, not awards
A concept build for a 24/7 emergency plumber, designed around one goal: turning local searchers into phone calls.
What had to change
When a pipe bursts at 2am, nobody scrolls — they call the first plumber who looks trustworthy and reachable. In this concept build we designed a site for a sample emergency plumber, Harbour Plumbing, that converts panicked, high-intent visitors into calls and quote requests immediately.
It also needed to show up in local search, because most of those visitors arrive from a "plumber near me" Google search rather than a bookmark.
Who it’s built for
Each part of the build answers a real moment where the sale or the enquiry could be lost.
“I need someone now”
Nobody scrolls in an emergency; they call the first trustworthy plumber.
“Plumber near me”
Most visitors arrive from a local Google search.
What we built
Trust-first hero
The hero leads with trust badges and a clear 24/7 promise, so a stressed visitor instantly knows they are in the right place — with the phone number and quote button impossible to miss.
Click-to-call everywhere
Every section keeps a tap-to-call button within reach, matched with a short quote-request form for people who would rather type than talk. Both routes capture the lead.
Local SEO built in
LocalBusiness and FAQ schema (JSON-LD) plus a Google reviews strip give the site the structured signals search engines reward for local queries — helping it surface for "emergency plumber Sydney" searches.
Fast enough to keep the visitor
A lean build keeps the page light, so it loads before an impatient, in-emergency visitor bounces to a competitor.
What the concept delivers
The concept shows what a one-week tradie build looks like: a fast, trustworthy site engineered around a single goal, turning local searchers into phone calls. It is a spec build, not client work.
